Do You Charge For The Meeting?
In most cases, yes. Our initial strategy and planning sessions are focused on providing legal advice to you about your situation, not selling you on us.
There are a couple topics that we do not charge a consultation fee: Stepparent adoptions, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements. We also do not charge prior clients for this meeting (limited to once per year).
