Let’s Have A Conversation …

Family law can be complicated, frustrating and you probably have lots of questions. The first step is to simply have a conversation with a family law attorney. During this consultation we will:

  • Talk about your concerns and questions.
  • Evaluate your situation.
  • Discuss your goals.
  • Explain the law and how it relates to you.
  • Evaluate your options to move forward.

This consultation is about you. Our goal is to give you the information you need to make good decisions about how to move forward. You don’t have to hire us after your consultation; it is just a conversation. Consultations generally last about an hour, but we will take more time if we feel it is necessary.

If you have questions about our consultations or you want to make sure we can help you before you schedule your consultation, just call or email us.

Once you schedule your meeting, we will follow-up with additional information to prepare for the meeting and payment options (major credit cards or e-check accepted).

Note: we do not charge a consultation fee to discuss stepparent adoptions or if you are a previous client. Previous clients may consult with us for free, once per year. If one of these applies to you, go ahead and schedule a consultation using the options above. You will not be charged.
