Chief judge Belvin Perry has released a revised administrative order as of August 5th, regarding dissolution of marriage (divorce) cases in Orange and Osceola counties. The changes are significant and important. Among the items changed are restrictions on foreign travel with children, requirement to make estimated child support payments before formal calculations have been completed, additional conduct guidelines of parents and additional restrictions for parties incurring marital debt.

If you will be involved in a divorce in either Orange and Osceola county, make sure you are very familiar with the new administrative order 2004-05-04 and discuss any concerns you have with your attorney.
