New Administrative Order for Divorce Cases

Chief judge Belvin Perry has released a revised administrative order as of August 5th, regarding dissolution of marriage (divorce) cases in Orange and Osceola counties.  The changes are significant and important.  Among the items changed are restrictions on foreign travel with children, requirement to make estimated child support payments before formal calculations have been completed, additional conduct guidelines of parents and additional restrictions for parties incurring marital debt.

There are a number of other changes as well and the administrative order was already fairly comprehensive.  You can learn more about family law administrative orders here.
